We do not service above ground pools.

GOLD OPENING (REMOVE COVER AND START SYSTEM)

Ottawa area pricing. $50 surcharge for all other areas.

Pump water off cover and empty water bags. Bag leaves, wash, and fold cover and water bags. Leaf removal beyond six garbage bags is an additional charge. Owner fills pool half way up skimmer, we go back to start system, and complete items listed in our Silver Opening.

SILVER OPENING (NO COVER)

Ottawa area pricing. $50 surcharge for all other areas.

Remove winterizing plugs and gizmo; install deck equipment, pool lights, directional ball fittings, plugs on pump, filter and heater etc. Prime pump and backwash filter. In order to start the system, the water level must be half way up the skimmer.

Water level must be half way up the skimmer mouth to enable priming of the pump. If a call back is required due to water levels being too low, there will be a $75 charge due day of visit. We will automatically supply any minor parts or material needed to start the system and we will charge accordingly. If major work is required, you will be notified before proceeding.

Spring Vacuum

SPRING VACUUM

We use our own portable vacuum system or will vacuum to waste if needed. The pool must be full and we will run your hose to fill the pool while vacuuming. If there are lots of leaves or silt, we may have to return for additional call(s) to complete cleaning.

We try our best to accommodate your pool opening in the requested time frame, however work is scheduled in the order received. As soon as the order form is returned to us, and payment is received, we will add you to our service schedule.

Additional Work Authorization

ADDITIONAL WORK AUTHORIZATION:

Benson Pools makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all costs are included in our opening as outlined in each option. In some instances, extra labour or materials might be required depending on your specific pool condition. By approving this option you authorize additional work / materials up to 50% of the opening cost in order to complete the pool opening. An itemized bill will be sent to you upon completion and your account charged for this.

Disclaimer: If you choose not the pre-authorize additional work, Benson Pools may not be able to finish all of the tasks of opening the pool if extra labour or materials are required. Should that occur, the full opening cost plus a 2nd service will be required.

As pool season is wrapping up, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for a flawless summer in our pool.
