Our senior leadership team has been following the situation closely and have been adapting to meet the rapidly changing conditions.
We have maintained our position as an essential business, permitted to operate following strict conditions. We will continue to deliver services to our customers, “maintaining the safety, security, and sanitation of commercial and residential properties”.
We have modified our processes and procedures to ensure we are operating in accordance with the recommendations and instructions of public health officials as well as all applicable laws including the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the regulations made under it. To give our clients the peace of mind that they are receiving the safest service, we are taking elevated measures of physical distancing, cleaning, and disinfecting.
Our Office: Even with several of our office employees working remotely, we still have the ability to answer any inquiries you may have. We are available over the phone Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. Pool Services: Using the safest practices, our service team will continue to fulfill your pool maintenance needs. We will be operating as normally as possible, making sure your that you are fully satisfied with our service.
